Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs
Audit quality of maintenance work and order management
Document maintenance processes for continuous improvement




Provide training recommendations and tools for team development
Facilitate supplier management for cost-effective services Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years in a similar maintenance role
Solid analytical skills and a passion for agriculture
Bilingual in English and French with Spanish knowledge preferred
