Thompson Construction Group is hiring Water & Sewer Lead Hands in Edmonton, focusing on safety, crew supervision, and skill mentorship. This is a full time role in an in office environment. In this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience within the Water and Sewer sector.

You'll be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring optimal task allocation, and assisting the Foreman in supervising daily activities. This position is project-specific, offering a unique opportunity to lead and develop your crew. Key Responsibilities:
Promote a secure work environment for all crew members
Mentor and train recent and existing team members
Work alongside the Foreman for daily supervision
Allocate tasks efficiently within the crew
