Operating primarily on the 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), this position may require weekend work. You'll follow established cleaning protocols and report on sanitation activities. A robust understanding of CIP/COP systems and chemical concentrations is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Clean production equipment according to SSOPs • Document sanitation efforts and issues • Alert supervisor for supply replenishment • Conduct chemical concentration tests • Maintain hygienic standards throughout production

Requirements: • Six months of sanitation experience • High school diploma or GED preferred • Familiarity with food safety practices required • Basic skills in Microsoft Office software • Capable of multi-shift work in varying environments
