This full-time role demands expertise in developing manufacturing plans for aircraft components, with varying shift flexibility. You will be accountable for creating comprehensive documentation that transforms engineering designs into feasible manufacturing processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally, assisting production and quality teams to enhance pilot assemblies and component builds. Your analytical skills will drive the identification of manufacturing issues and the continuous improvement of quality measures within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and revise Work Instructions to ensure assembly accuracy
Create manuals for mechanical and structural installations




Define tooling requirements for component production
Record Engineering Change Requests to improve efficiency
Train manufacturing personnel on recent processes and methods Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in aerospace manufacturing
Previous roles in Quality or Methods Engineering a plus
Solid grasp of aircraft assembly principles
