Drive automation at EDC as a Technical Lead, fostering innovation and reliability through integrated digital solutions in a hybrid work setting. In this permanent role with Export Development Canada, you will play a pivotal part in scaling operations of the enterprise automation platform, primarily focusing on UiPath. This position requires in-depth knowledge of platform architecture, bot execution settings, and compliance standards in a regulated financial service context.

Your leadership will be instrumental in setting automation standards and ensuring operational success while mentoring teams to adopt best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the design of UiPath Orchestrator as an enterprise platform
Design and maintain bot execution infrastructure for high reliability




Enforce governance standards across all automation technologies
Monitor and define KPIs to enhance platform performance
Respond to technical incidents and drive proactive improvements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with UiPath platforms
Demonstrable experience in automation administration and security
Skilled in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices
Proven mentorship abilities with senior technical staff Leverage your expertise to guide EDC’s automation journey, ensuring effective implementations and fostering a culture of excellence.
