The Program

Coordinator will be instrumental in overseeing service delivery, staffing coordination, and compliance with safety standards in residential settings. In this role, you will work to ensure a high standard of support by implementing strategic solutions and maintaining effective communication with families and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staffing, including scheduling and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
Develop individual-focused service strategies
Liaise with families and community partners consistently
Train and support frontline staff effectively Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience
Experience in community services or healthcare is a plus
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Valid Class 5F Manitoba driver’s license
Willingness to work evenings and weekends Lead with purpose and create positive impacts on lives at Pulford Community Living Services.
