Reporting directly to the Manager of Halton Housing Services, your role is vital for facilitating intake assessments, ensuring client safety, and maintaining accurate files in our registry system. This position requires working rotating twelve-hour shifts in a unified team focused on empowerment and compassion. Key Responsibilities:
Execute on-call assessments for housing placement
Conduct screenings for domestic violence and refer as needed
Help current participants understand program policies
Perform health and safety inspections of housing units
Document incidents and client concerns accurately Requirements:
College Diploma in relevant human services field
Background in supporting families with mental health issues
Ability to thrive in quick-paced settings
Demonstrated initiative and collaboration skills
Proficiency in basic IT tasks necessary Support vulnerable populations and guide them toward stable housing with Wesley’s impactful team.
