Join Volant as a Project Engineer focused on product innovation and efficiency in the oilfield construction industry. Utilize your engineering background to enhance safety and efficacy.

In this role, the Project Engineer will report to the Product Development Manager and be instrumental in creating advanced product offerings for oilfield well construction. You will oversee product design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring integration of cutting-edge technology while becoming thoroughly knowledgeable about product specifications and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Spearhead design projects to promote safety in oil and gas • Develop current product concepts through scientific methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects • Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality and efficiency • Employ SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design

Requirements: • At least 5 years of design engineering experience • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is essential • Professional Engineer designation in Alberta required • Experience in manufacturing processes preferred • Proficiency with API standards is advantageous
