Empower communities with your leadership as the Church & Community Engagement Manager at Karis Disability Services. Drive initiatives that support families and build inclusivity within churches across Canada. In this full time role, you'll champion Family Camp initiatives and church partnerships, facilitating programs that enable participation for individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with diverse community leaders and ensure that mission-driven activities align with Karis' Christian values. Your strategic approach will promote relationships that foster genuine belonging. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Family Camp programming nationwide
Strengthen church and community partnerships




Mentor volunteers and leaders in inclusive practices
Collaborate with fundraising efforts and impact reporting
Maintain oversight of community engagement activities Requirements:
Minimum five years in leadership roles
Background in faith-based organizations
Proven ability to engage stakeholders
Understanding of disability inclusion and belonging
