Join our leading real estate investment platform as a highly analytical FP&A; Analyst. Your insights will shape business decisions across finance and asset management. This role is designed for candidates with an analytical mindset who can discern the “why” behind financial data.

You will assist in the budgeting process, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and utilize your Excel expertise to enhance accuracy in financial modeling. Your ability to monitor KPIs and proactively identify improvement prospects will be key in this analytical role. Key Responsibilities:
Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports
Identify trends and areas needing management focus
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Provide executive-level reporting and presentations Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
At least 1 year of related FP&A; experience
Robust business acumen and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling
