In this full-time pastoral role, you will oversee the growth of children's and youth ministries at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church.

As a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, you will develop discipleship strategies and foster team-building among our ministry leaders. Collaboration with the Senior Pastor and church leadership will be key to your efforts to cultivate a vibrant faith community. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop children’s and youth programs
Implement mentorship and engagement strategies
Collaborate with senior leadership and deacons
Participate in regular planning meetings
Be an example of authentic Christian faith Requirements:
Full time ministry experience preferred
Solid leadership and team-building skills
Passion for nurturing faith in children and youth
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
