Reporting to the Construction Manager, this site-based position focuses on overseeing mechanical and rotating equipment execution in industrial construction. With a commitment to excellence, you'll ensure that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. This role is vital in shaping infrastructure that connects communities and enhances the future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of millwright installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ensure compliance with safety and rigging standards
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for project execution




• Monitor machinery for operational performance and reliability
• Develop schedules aligning with labor and material needs
Requirements:
• 5+ years of industrial construction experience
• Supervisory experience specifically in millwright roles
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to interpret mechanical designs and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
