Serve as an ISP Teacher in a rewarding part-time role at Ecole Mission Central Elementary, dedicated to helping students with complex support needs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The Mission Public School District invites applications for an ISP Teacher for K-6 students, commencing September 8, 2026. This position focuses on developing and implementing IEPs, promoting student inclusion, and collaborating with teaching staff to create an adaptive learning environment. With a focus on both educational and social growth, the ISP Teacher will guide students through their specific challenges and celebrate their successes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create IEPs in compliance with Ministry guidelines
• Promote inclusion and differentiated instruction strategies




• Consult with teachers on students’ complex needs
• Coordinate with outside agencies for cooperative support
• Work closely with families to drive IEP goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education and/or PDP is required
• Demonstrated experience with students with diverse needs
• Knowledge of autism and developmental disabilities
• Trained in Level B assessment preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
