Prenuvo is searching for a Clinical Risk Manager committed to patient advocacy and safety. This role combines clinical risk management with hands-on patient interaction to drive quality care outcomes. As a Clinical Risk Manager, you will spearhead the approach to clinical incidents and patient complaints, ensuring that each is handled with expertise and empathy.
Your deep knowledge of clinical protocols will guide effective resolutions while maintaining patient trust. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will enhance our focus on proactive healthcare. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete management of clinical complaints and escalations
Ensure systematic engagement with the Patient Safety Organization
Conduct thorough investigations and develop risk mitigation strategies
Train and coach clinicians in patient-centered communication
Analyze data for continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
5+ years of experience in clinical risk management
Must have active RN license or JD
Expertise in healthcare conflict resolution
Familiarity with regulatory and clinical risk management standards
