Vacances Air Canada Vacations is hiring an Agent, Call Centre in Montreal. You will meet call center goals, provide excellent service to customers and travel partners, and upsell vacation packages using our in-house systems.
The role requires bilingual English and French, robust communication, and adaptable availability including evenings/weekends. Training runs 6–12 weeks full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with potential for growth within a supportive team.
