Become a Transit Utility Maintenance Worker with the City of Brandon, focusing on the care of transit shelters. This full time role involves diverse duties, including cleaning and snow management. As part of this indefinite term position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational standard of transit facilities.

Internal CUPE employees will receive priority consideration, but the role is open to all applicants. Key tasks include managing equipment and conducting routine assessments. Key Responsibilities:
Clean shelter interiors and exteriors using proper equipment
Ensure snow removal from bus stop areas meets safety standards
Maintain landscaping surrounding transit facilities
Communicate with supervisors about maintenance needs
Fuel equipment necessary for maintenance tasks Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Province of Manitoba driver's license
Relevant experience in maintenance or cleaning roles
Availability to work in diverse weather systems
Capability to work varying shifts as necessary
Self-motivated with a focus on high-quality outcomes Help maintain the standards of Brandon transit and provide a cleaner, safer experience for all riders.
