CapWest seeks a Civil Foreperson for Underground Utilities to lead critical construction projects. Manage crews to install water, sewer, and storm services while adhering to high safety standards. In this role, your leadership will be vital in supervising underground utility teams and executing installations efficiently. You will read construction drawings, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and ensure that work meets municipal standards. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of utility installation crews
Plan, organize, and manage water and sanitation projects
Read and interpret construction specifications reliably
Ensure adherence to safety plans and regulations
Conduct toolbox talks and monitor site conditions Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in underground utility installation
Leadership experience as a Foreman or lead hand
Robust understanding of excavation and safety methods
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and First Aid certification preferred Drive project excellence at CapWest with your expertise in civil underground utilities.
