We're looking for a proactive, reliable, and organized Household Assistant / Family Helper to help keep our home running smoothly.This is not primarily a childcare position and is not a traditional housekeeping role. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping a busy family stay organized and can take initiative without needing constant direction.Help is needed approximately 1–2x per week for a few hours per visit, with flexibility depending on the week's needs.Tasks may include:Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)Tidying and resetting roomsOrganizing closets, drawers, pantry, and storage spacesKitchen reset (dishes, unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, putting things away)Changing bed linensPutting groceries awayRestocking household and baby suppliesLight meal prepOccasional errandsGeneral household organization projectsThe most important quality we're looking for is initiative.
