This role will be responsible for playing a key role in large-scale COTS/SaaS implementations supporting the team of ETL developers through data migration or data conversion. A successful candidate will lead and support the existing team through complex enterprise projects, including ERP Systems, Offender/Jail Management Systems and other enterprise applications.Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability ToLead the end-to-end data conversion processes for ERP and Offender/Jail Management System implementationsCollaborate with clients to understand existing data structures, legacy systems, and migration requirementsDesign and manage data conversion strategies, including but not limited to mapping, transformation logic, and cleansing processesCoordinate and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activitiesDevelop data validation and testing strategies to ensure successful data conversionLooking for and developing efficiencies to support current and future data migration and conversion engagementsUsing the newest tools and practices to ensure efficient and accurate data migration and conversion activitiesWork closely with the team, the client, and the solution vendor to ensure data integrity, accuracy and alignment with the business needsDocument processes, configuration, and proceduresLiaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth data hand offYour strengths include:10+ years of experience in data migration or data conversion roles,
