Facilitate patient enrollment and paperwork completion
Advocate with third-party providers for coverage

Conduct Welcome Calls and patient follow-ups
Maintain accurate patient records to meet reporting requirements Requirements:
Graduate of a registered Nursing Program
Minimum 2 years in Patient Support Programs
