This role encompasses travel and off-season training to enhance career progression. Your leadership and operational insight will be key in managing water treatment activities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations and staff activities
Train and develop Junior Process Engineers
Execute onboarding and training plans for recent staff
Analyze performance data and suggest improvements
Ensure safety and environmental compliance standards Requirements:
Three years minimum in technical plant operations
Experience in water treatment and relevant certifications preferred
Engineering degree or related field is advantageous
Competency in using MS Office and technical documentation
