This position focuses on managing dietary policies, compliance with health regulations, and staff supervision. You will also be responsible for resident nutritional care and maintaining budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff to guarantee dietary compliance
Implement quality standards in food service
Manage food purchasing and ensure safety
Perform RAI-MDS charting for nutritional tracking
Train and develop staff in dietary practices Requirements:
Experience with quantity cooking and nutrition management
Robust organizational and supervisory skills
