You'll manage inventory forecasts and budgets, setting crucial targets while driving efficiency from Current Product Introductions to End-of-Life transitions. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage consensus demand forecasting across retail and DTC channels • Drive inventory forecasting and reconciliation processes • Cultivate operational efficiency in S&OP; practices • Benchmark the planning function's performance metrics • Conduct training and development for Demand Planners

Requirements: • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar • 3+ years in related planning roles • Experience with eCommerce technology stacks • Strong analytical skills in forecasting methodologies • Adept in building and scaling planning operations
