Negotiates the financial terms of licensing agreements based on station size, budget, and the current financial climate of public media. Consults with CBC's Business & Rights department to ensure rights and royalties for distributed programs are acknowledged. Coordinates the execution of licensing agreements between the Licensor, Senior Director, and Finance. Plans, organizes, and coordinates the delivery of CBC content to clients.

A proven journalist with demonstrated critical thinking skills and leadership qualities. Creativity and very strong organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Ability to work beyond normal office hours as project dictates. Ability to take initiative and work autonomously. At the CBC, we recognize that not everyone takes the same path when it comes to building their skills. We value diversity of thought and of experience, and we are excited to hear from you! Hands‑on experience, intelligence, innovation, a passion for learning, and a team‑focused approach can combine to form the best set of qualifications.
