This role combines mentoring, motivating, and engaging with team members to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report associates
Oversee truck deliveries and sort packages efficiently
Manage daily operations and adjust staff as needed
Ensure safety and performance standards are met
Conduct final shift walkthroughs for team preparedness Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 49 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts
