Lead the CORE function's daily operations and team management
Establish and enhance operational governance practices
Monitor and report on facility performance
Coordinate escalations across multiple operational teams
Serve as the primary contact during operational incidents Requirements:
Engineering or Operations Management degree preferred
At least 7 years in operations or reliability management
