Security Guard — Retail & Commercial Properties

We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to protect retail locations and commercial buildings across Montreal. The ideal candidate is alert, customer-focused, and able to respond calmly and effectively in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities
Patrol retail stores, office buildings, and surrounding premises.
Monitor entrances, exits, CCTV systems, and access-control points.
Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security incidents.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and customer or tenant concerns.
Maintain explicit, accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
Provide courteous assistance to clients, visitors, tenants, and staff.
Enforce site policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
Liaise with supervisors, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.

Requirements
Valid Quebec security guard permit (BSP) required.
Previous experience in retail, commercial, concierge,



or loss-prevention security is an asset.
Robust observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
Professional appearance and excellent customer-service attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual French and English is an asset.
