We're a growing, energetic dental practice looking for a Dental Administrator who wants to build a long-term career. This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our practice and you'll be a true partner in helping us grow. Schedule

This role requires availability on alternate Saturdays and one weekday evening per week. Please apply only if this schedule works for you long-term.

Duties

Turns a clinical recommendation into a confident, informed decision. If you're the kind of person who genuinely enjoys building trust with people and gets satisfaction from seeing a hesitant patient commit to the care they need, then this role is for you.
Oversee daily administrative functions, including patient scheduling, billing, and record keeping
Coordinate patient appointments, confirm schedules, and manage rescheduling
Manage billing processes, including insurance claims and payment collection




Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication between patients and providers
Help identify and implement improvements that support the practice's growth

Requirements
Prior dental office experience is required
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Strong understanding of dental terminology, electronic records, and healthcare workflows
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Solid, professional communication skills with patients and staff alike
A genuine interest in long-term growth with our practice
