Responsibilities:
Complete repairs as per estimates in a timely fashion
Road test vehicle after repairs are complete to ensure repairs are done properly
Maintain high quality of workmanship to ensure complete Customer Satisfaction
Maintain tools, equipment and shop manuals in a satisfactory manner
Accurately diagnose problems using proper procedures and techniques
Communicate vehicle concerns with service advisor as required
Recommend additional repairs with honesty and transparency as required
Obtain proper authorization for all repairs
Ensure explicit, accurate written documentation of all repairs
Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean, satisfactory condition
Repair vehicles within the guidelines and parameters of warranty as documented in factory publications

Qualifications:




Ontario 310S License
Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Technician experience; KIA experience is an asset
Team player with a focus on efficient, quality workmanship
Ability to achieve deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace
Attention to detail, quick learner and ability to adapt and assist in multiple tasks
Strong commitment to Guest Satisfaction and a “Fix it right the first time” focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
