Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed
Perform basic demolition or site cleanup tasks to maintain a secure and tidy environment
Follow safety protocols diligently to protect yourself and team members at all times
Operate simple machinery or equipment under supervision when required




Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Solid attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Reliable transportation or proximity to the worksite preferred
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
