Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the installation of custom cabinets and related millwork, ensuring precise craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an excellent prospect to develop your skills in construction, woodworking, and installation techniques within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Assist senior installers with cabinet installation, including measuring, leveling, and securing units
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate placement
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembly
Support the preparation of job sites by handling materials like wood, siding, tile, or rebar as needed
Participate in construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to achieve high-quality results




Help with heavy lifting of cabinets, materials, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
Experience or familiarity with woodworking, cabinetry, or carpentry preferred
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
Construction experience including flooring installation, tile laying, or masonry is a plus
Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel; valid certifications in CNC or rebar installation are advantageous but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
