We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Hair Stylist will provide a range of hair services while delivering outstanding customer care. The ideal candidate is creative, professional, and committed to helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, styling, blowouts, and finishing services for clients.
Provide hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and corrective color.
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain solid client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
Assist with retail product recommendations and sales.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.

Qualifications




Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist (as required by local regulations).
Previous salon experience preferred but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education.
