Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining workplace. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food industry. The Server will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods




Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and anticipating guest needs
Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate order entry and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue

Pay: $17.85-$29.17 per hour
