Practice Scope and Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and diagnoses.
Administer trigger point injections, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP,and Botox for migraines with precision and care. (Ultrasound guided injection training strongly preferred).
May help supervise subcutaneous lidocaine program treatments which are delivered by an R.N.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
Provide education to patients on pain management strategies and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications
Medical degree
Residency and/or fellowship training in Family Medicine, Sport medicine or Pain management.
Proven expertise in trigger point, injections, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP, and Botox for migraines.
Solid commitment to patient centered care and a multidisciplinary approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
