Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Counter/ Customer Service member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a professional environment.

NOTE: This position is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week.

Duties
Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming experience
Handle incoming calls to address questions and facilitate service offerings
Use our POS system to create customer orders on check in and check out customer orders on pick up
Check and tag dry cleaning and laundry orders; sort laundry to be cleaned
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Take customer payments

Skills
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced workplace

Pay: $17.50 per hour
