Duties
Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements.
Support skilled workers by handling hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up necessary equipment for tasks such as concrete forming, masonry, or framing.
Help with installation tasks including cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and caulking.
Participate in concrete finishing, concrete forming, masonry work, and drywall restoration to ensure quality craftsmanship.
Aid in construction painting and surface preparation to meet project specifications.




Follow safety protocols diligently while assisting with the operation of heavy machinery and ensuring a secure work environment.

Requirements
Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry skills.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols.
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of electrical experience, plumbing systems, masonry techniques, welding basics, flooring installation, tile laying or related skills is a plus.
Strong teamwork attitude with excellent communication skills.
