Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake is hiring full-time Bakers for our Vancouver locations.
No prior baking experience is required — training is provided for candidates who are motivated and reliable.
This is a permanent, year-round position in a fast-paced bakery environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and bake bakery products following company standards
Assist with ingredient preparation, stocking, and packaging
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support opening and closing shifts as scheduled
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Food Handler Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience in baking, food service, or food production
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Schedule & Availability
Full-time: 40 hours per week (minimum 5 days)
Part-time positions available
Shifts range from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekend and holiday availability required
Physical Requirement
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to lift up to 25 kg
Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
