Vancouver's top concierge service company is looking to fill Concierge positions at a couple of Vancouver's most prestigious residential buildings.

Positions Available:

1) North Vancouver - Mon, Tues, Wed 4:00pm - 12:00am & Sat, Sun 8:00am - 4:00pm

2) North Vancouver - Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun 4:00pm - 12:00am

3) West Vancouver - Sat, Sun 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Duties Include:
Provide front desk service to residents in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain safety and security of building, including monitoring of security cameras
Enforce bylaws and follow established protocols for non-compliance
Conduct patrols of building common areas
Diligent record keeping of all incidents in the building
Emergency response procedures (e.g. fire, flood)

Essential Qualifications:
Ability to use computers and software (e.g. camera surveillance, security systems, Microsoft Office programs)




Organized and able to multi-task
Positive judgment
Fluent in English and good communication skills
Minimum one year concierge, customer service or front desk experience for Concierge position

Assets:
Hospitality education
Valid security license

Wage:
Depending on experience
