Responsibilities
Restock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are properly organized and labeled
Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas
Assist customers with locating products and answer inquiries using excellent communication skills
Operate POS systems for transactions when necessary, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Conduct product demos and upselling to promote sales of featured items
Manage inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays to attract customer attention
Uphold store policies on safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards
Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are a plus
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Ability to perform cashier duties including cash handling and phone etiquette
Knowledge of retail tools such as POS systems and product displays
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Positive time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Friendly attitude with robust customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
