A well respected Design Build - Construction Maintenance organization has an immediate positions for an experienced Grounds Maintenance crew leader.

Qualifications:

Clean drivers abstract required

Proven leadership or crew lead experience

Ability to direct activities in the job site including coordinating work flow, hands on work, and ensuring protected operation of a variety of machinery.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure adherence to operating procedures and safe operations

Solid time/management skills and flexibility to work longer hours as required to meet customer requirements.

Strong organization skills.

Snow Plowing & Snow Removal experience.





Horticultural Certification or equivalent would be a very strong asset

Plant Knowledge and identification

Proficient with all mowing equipment including front mount mowers, zero turn mowers, push mowers, string trimmers and hedge trimmers ect.

Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times, ensures all health & safety requirements are followed and enforces compliance
