Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook a variety of dishes with skill, speed, and attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously
Follow all health regulations related to food preparation, handling, and storage
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of food service or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations
Food Safe Level 1
Physically fit, able to lift 25kg,



and are able to work on your feet for 8 hours
Able to communicate and read English
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Basic understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices in a professional kitchen environment
Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional meal quality
