Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead Hand/Labourer to join our epoxy flooring business.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on-site operations, supervise labor crews, and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. You will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise flooring team + ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide in office activities
Assist with construction estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines




Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Maintain a protected work setting by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes
Extensive construction experience with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols applicable to construction sites

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
