We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support our welding and fabrication operations. This role combines tool crib/general labour.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTool Crib Duties
Issue, track, and maintain tools, consumables, and PPE
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
Inspect tools and arrange repairs/replacements
Maintain clean, organized storage areas
Coordinate movement of materials, steel, and fabricated components
Load/unload trucks and organize yard layout
Tag, stage, and track incoming/outgoing materials
Communicate with shop staff, drivers, and supervisors

Equipment Operation
Operate forklifts/loader
Safely move materials within yard and shop




Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Qualifications
Experience in a tool crib, yard, or welding/fabrication shop an asset
Valid forklift/loader op certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience operating industrial equipment (loader/forklift)
Basic knowledge of welding tools and steel materials
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
Solid commitment to safety
