Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our busy restaurant team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, food safety, and teamwork, ensuring our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely manner. Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals
Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients and maintaining station cleanliness during meal service
Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure proper handling of all food items
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen stations and storage areas
Assist with restocking supplies and organizing inventory as needed




Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by adhering to established procedures and timelines

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen setting is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and valuable communication abilities
Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food safety
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
