Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Facilitate engaging activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and independence among children.
Provide attentive caregiving by meeting individual needs and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through tailored strategies and inclusive practices.
Observe and document each child's progress to inform ongoing teaching strategies and communicate effectively with families.
Maintain adherence to licensing standards and health & safety regulations to ensure a secure learning space.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, colleagues,



and community partners to promote a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
Robust understanding of early childhood education principles and development milestones.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage activities and behavior effectively.
Excellent teaching skills combined with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for child development.
Relevant certifications in early childhood education or caregiving are preferred; ongoing career development is encouraged.
Ability to create an inclusive workplace that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities.
