We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Highway Drivers to join our team. This role involves hauling flat deck loads within the local region while maintaining a high standard of customer service and protected operation. You will be home every night and work with a supportive dispatch and operations team. Note : For Highway drivers salary is percentage base. Every weekend at home .Dedicated route to AB to MB / AB to SK / Alberta Wide .

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a flat deck truck/ Super B for local deliveries and pickups
Secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, and other equipment according to regulations
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers




Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Handle materials safely during loading and unloading as required

Requirements
Valid Class 1 with clean driving record
Experience with flat deck loads / B train loads
Ability to lift, secure, and tarp loads
Robust understanding of load securement and safe hauling practices
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Reliable, professional, and safety-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
