Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
Perform general construction tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures or components
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Operate basic tools and machinery as trained and authorized
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and materials
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards





Experience
Previous experience in construction, renovation, or manual labour roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is advantageous
Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
