Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of Carpenter. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in various construction and restoration tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both hands-on skills and technical knowledge. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately.
Install cabinets, doors, base, flooring, and tile with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Conduct construction painting tasks, maintaining attention to detail for aesthetic appeal.
Apply caulking and siding techniques to enhance structural integrity and appearance.
Engage in carpentry and woodworking projects, showcasing craftsmanship in all tasks.
Assist in construction estimating to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.

Requirements
Proven experience in construction, restoration, or related fields is essential.




Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
Robust understanding of construction methods including roofing, assembly, and flooring installation.
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Previous maintenance person experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
