Sales Consultant (Part Time) – Elmwood Optometry

Elmwood Optometry is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced retail optical setting.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Greet customers and assist with their needs.
Schedule appointments for customers.
Process daily close-outs and cash deposits.
Manage accounts receivable.
Receive and process merchandise returns.
Handle third-party billing.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Robust customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Highly motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.




Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
Previous retail, sales, or optical experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided.
