We are currently seeking Automotive Sales Representatives to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Commission pay structure.

Duties
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their vehicle preferences
Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features and advantages during test drives
Negotiate pricing and trade-in values effectively to close sales
Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Skills
Strong sales skills with a proven track record in a retail sales environment
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.




Multi-lingual will be an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

OMVIC (required)
Valid G Class Driver's License in good standing

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Guelph, ON N1E 6A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
